But that's not the real question. The question isn't whether you can recognise or follow morality without believing in God - it's what makes anything truly good or evil in the first place. You can enjoy the meal without knowing who cooked it. Likewise, people can live morally while denying the very foundation that makes morality more than personal taste. Goodness without God is possible to practise, but hard to ground.
